Vegetarian hungarian goulash

1¼ | teaspoon | Paprika |
½ | teaspoon | Caraway seeds |
1 | Bouillon cube, vegetable | |
2 | tablespoons | ;water |
1 | cup | Peas, fresh or frozen |
½ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
2 | cups | Tomatoes, fresh; chopped |
3½ | teaspoon | Marjoram |
¼ | cup | Safflower oil OR veg stock |
3 | cups | Noodles, eggless; cooked |
Directions
In a large saucepan, combine all the ingredients, except the noodles. Cook over medium heat, covered for 30 to 40 minutes, then serve over hot noodles.
