Picadillo de papa y mostaza

Ingredients

3 | Russet potatoes, chopped in baby cubes | |
1 | large | Onion, chopped |
2 | Cloves garlic, minced | |
1 | bunch | (large) mustard greens, coarsely chopped |
2 | tablespoons | Margarine (up to 3) |
Mixed herbs (2 T fresh ones) | ||
small | Hot chili pepper (optional)- minced |
Directions
Saute the potatoes, garlic and the onion in margarine. Then put in the mustard greens and cook it at low temp a while (15 min or so or until the potatoes are cooked) with the top on, stirring occasionally. Add whatever spices/herbs you want or some hot chilis.
