Picante potato salad

1 pounds Cooked new potatoes
Diced (4 c)
1 cup Can corn; drained
1 small Red bell pepper; diced
½ cup Green onions; sliced
½ cup Picante sauce
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
½ teaspoon Ground cumin
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Cilantro; chopped, opt

Directions

Combine potatoes, corn , pepper, and onions in medium bowl. Combine picante sauce,oil, vinegar, cumin and salt; mix well. Gently toss with potato mixture; chill. Sprinkle with cilantro,and serve with additional picante sauce.
