Picnic cupcakes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack (18 1/2 Oz) Chocolate Or Yellow Cake Mix
8 ounces Cream Cheese; softened
1 Egg; lightly beaten
cup Sugar
1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips; (6 ounces)

Directions

FILLING

Mix cake according to pkg. directions. Spoon batter into 24 greased or paper-lined muffin cups, filling two-thirds full. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth. Fold in the chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls into batter. Bake at 350 F. for 20 minutes or until cupcakes test done.
