½ | cup | Cold coffee |
⅛ | cup | Worcestershire sauce |
⅛ | cup | Soy sauce |
⅛ | cup | Louisiana hot sauce |
1.00 | teaspoon | Ground black pepper |
1.00 | teaspoon | Celery salt |
1.00 | Habanero chili; diced, remove seeds | |
1.00 | pinch | Kosher salt |
1.00 | pinch | Ground coriander |
Directions
Combine all ingredients and Simmer 25 minutes on low heat. Cool and refrigerate.
