Pineapple crumble

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
16 ounces Can unsweetened pineapple, crushed & drained
2 mediums Pears, peeled, cored & diced
3 tablespoons Soy or safflower margarine
cup Matzo meal
cup Ground walnuts
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 dash Nutmeg
½ cup Light brown sugar
½ teaspoon Cinnamon

CRUMB TOPPING

Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine filling ingredients in a mixing bowl & pat into a 9-inch square baking pan.

Melt margarine in a skillet & remove from heat. Stir in the remaining topping ingredients till evenly coated with the margarine. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the pineapple mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
