Pineapple crumble

16 | ounces | Can unsweetened pineapple, crushed & drained |
2 | mediums | Pears, peeled, cored & diced |
3 | tablespoons | Soy or safflower margarine |
⅔ | cup | Matzo meal |
⅓ | cup | Ground walnuts |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
1 | dash | Nutmeg |
½ | cup | Light brown sugar |
½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |

FILLING
CRUMB TOPPING
Preheat oven to 350F.
Combine filling ingredients in a mixing bowl & pat into a 9-inch square baking pan.
Melt margarine in a skillet & remove from heat. Stir in the remaining topping ingredients till evenly coated with the margarine. Sprinkle evenly over the top of the pineapple mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
