¾ | cup | Lowfat buttermilk |
½ | cup | Canned crushed pineapple: no sugar added |
½ | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
¼ | teaspoon | Pineapple extract; optional |
3 | Ice cubes |
Directions
Reserve some of the crushed pineapple for garnish.
Sprinkle gelatin over water in small saucepan; heat slowly until gelatin dissolves. Pour dissolved gelatin into blender container; add remaining ingredients except ice cubs; process at medium speed until smooth. Turn blender to high speed: add ice cubes one at a time. Pour pineapple mixture into a medium bowl. Chill until set. Makes 1 serving. 485 CALS, 3.1g fat.
