Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Brown sugar
2 cups White sugar
3 tablespoons White corn syrup
¾ cup Evaporated milk diluted with
½ cup Water
2 teaspoons Vanilla
cup Pinons (pine nuts), shelled

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients but the nuts. Cook to the soft ball stage. Cool.

Add the nut meats and beat until it is soft and creamy. When the mixture begins to stiffen drop rapidly from spoon onto a buttered sheet. Press into patties. Candy should stiffen immediately.
