Pink champagne jelly with brandied grapes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 small Bunc seedless black grapes
4 Floz Brandy
½ ounce Gelatine
4 Floz white wine
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 Bottle Pink Champagne
Cocktail glasses
Frosted grapes

Directions

Remove any seeds from the grapes. Leave to marinade in the Brandy. Dissolve the gelatine in the white wine. Add the sugar.

Stir in the Pink Champagne. Set a grape in the bottom of each glass. Set 3 grapes in the top layer. Decorate with frosted grapes.
