Spicy grape jelly

2 | cups | Unsweetened grape juice |
2 | cups | Cold water |
2 | cups | White vinegar |
4 | Whole allspice | |
3 | larges | Cinnamon sticks; broken |
15 | Whole cloves | |
1 | Box powdered light fruit pectin | |
3½ | cup | Sugar |
Directions
Place juice and water in kettle. Stir and add vinegar. Tie all spices together in cheesecloth bag and add to juice mixture. Stir in powdered pectin.
Place kettle over high heat. Stirring frequently, bring to a full, rolling boil and immediately add sugar. Bring again to a full, rolling boil. Stir and boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and skim off foam with a metal spoon. Remove spice bag and pour jelly into hot, sterilized jars. Seal at once.
