Pizza hors d'oeuvres

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Hot sausage
1 pounds Mild sausage
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ cup Chopped onions
1 pounds Velveeta cheese
2 Loaves of Pumpernickle bread

Directions

Crumble sausage into pan; add seasoning and onions. Cook until done.

Drain grease and add cheese. Simmer until well mixed. Spread on bread. You can freeze them ahead. Then just place in the oven at 425 degrees and bake for about 10 minutes. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 12-12-94
