Directions
In saucepan, stir together 2 cups Arm & Hammer baking soda & 1 cup cornstarch, add 1¼ cups water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is consistency of moist mashed potaotes.
Turn out on a plate & cover with a damp cloth until cool enough to handle. Roll to ¼" thickness. Cut shapes with cookie cutters. Press hole near top of each ornament with toothpick. Allow to dry on flat surface & harden overnight. Paint, decorate & protect with a shiny glaze.
