cup Yogurt
cup Toasted hazelnuts or walnuts; chopped fine
2 tablespoons Fresh mint; minced
2 tablespoons Hazelnut; walnut, almond, or light olive oil
½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dry-roasted cumin seeds

Directions

Process cucumber and yogurt. Mix with other ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hr. Serve in chilled bowls, garnished with mint leaves.
