2 | tablespoons | Hazelnut; walnut, almond, or light olive oil |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Dry-roasted cumin seeds |
Directions
Yamuna Devi
Process cucumber and yogurt. Mix with other ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hr. Serve in chilled bowls, garnished with mint leaves.
