Poppy seed cake

Ingredients

1 | Yellow cake mix | |
4 | Serving size box of lemon instant pudding mix | |
4 | larges | Eggs |
1 | cup | Light plain yogurt |
½ | cup | Vegetable oil |
⅓ | cup | Poppy seeds |
½ | cup | Sherry |
Icing sugar |
Directions
Mix all ingredients except for icing sugar. Pour batter into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake for 60-65 minutes at 350F, or until tested clean. Invert onto platter, cool, and sprinkle with icing sugar.
This is an excellent cake for parties or picnics, as it is moist, cuts well and doesn't need icing.
