Poppy seed cake

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Yellow cake mix
4 Serving size box of lemon instant pudding mix
4 larges Eggs
1 cup Light plain yogurt
½ cup Vegetable oil
cup Poppy seeds
½ cup Sherry
Icing sugar

Directions

Mix all ingredients except for icing sugar. Pour batter into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake for 60-65 minutes at 350F, or until tested clean. Invert onto platter, cool, and sprinkle with icing sugar.

This is an excellent cake for parties or picnics, as it is moist, cuts well and doesn't need icing.
