Pork chop and sauerkraut casserole

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can Sauerkraut 16 Oz. Can; Washed And Drained
½ teaspoon Caraway seed
1 can Cream of onion soup
4 Pork chops
1 can French fried onion rings; (3 ounce)

Directions

Place sauerkraut in a 10" square baking dish. Sprinkle caraway seed on top.

Top with pork chops, thicker portions to outside edge of casserole. Spread soup over chops. Cover. Microwave at medium high (70%) 10 minutes. Turn chops over, stirring soup mixture into sauerkraut Cover. Microwave at medium high (70%) 10 minutes. Arrange onion rings on top of chops.

Microwave, uncovered, at high (100%) 2 minutes Makes 4 servings.
