2 | ounces | Butter or drippings |
A little brown sugar | ||
1 | tablespoon | Tomato puree |
1 | tablespoon | Flour |
1 | pint | Ginger ale |

Directions
Saute onion till lightly brown then transfer to a casserole. Brown the chops and place on the onion. Scatter a bit of brown sugar over chops. Mix flour and tomato puree and add the ginger ale. Pour over chops and bake 1 hour, covered
