Potato pancakes #1

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Milk
2 Eggs
½ small Onion; sliced
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ cup Flour
¼ teaspoon Baking powder
cup Raw potatoes; diced

Directions

Place all ingredients in blender and process at high speed until completely chopped watery. Drop by tablespoon on hot, greased griddle.
