3 larges Potatoes, grated
1 large Onion, grated
¼ cup Dairy sour cream
1 cup Flour
2 Egg yolks,beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Egg whites, beaten stiff

Directions

from:the wonderful world of cooking Combine potatoes, onion, and sour cream. Sift in flour. Mix well. add egg yolks and seasoning. Mix well. Fold in egg whites. Turn into greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 deg F. for 30 minutes. Serve with spiced applesauce. Serves 4-6
