2 pounds Potatoes, cooked and mashed
Salt, black pepper and nutmeg to taste
3 Egg yolks, beaten
2 tablespoons Tomato paste
1 cup Chopped cooked ham

Directions

From:The wonderful world of cooking Add 2 tablespoons of the butter and milk to hot mashed potatoes. Beat until smooth. Add seasonings, egg yplks, tomato paste and ham. Mix, shape into oval rolls.
