Prawn in herbs

6 ounces Tiger prawns
2 ounces Butter
1 tablespoon Mint and parsley
A lemon; Juice of

Directions

Finely chop the herbs, melt the butter and when it foams add the prawns for one minute only! Remove from the heat and add the herbs and the lemon juice. Serve hot.
