Pressgurka- cucumber salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 Cucumbers -- peeled
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 tablespoon Dill -- chopped
4 tablespoons Mild vinegar
Sprinkling caraway seeds
(optional)

Directions

Thiny slice the peeled cucumbers. Mix with the salt. Place a plate with a weight over the cucumbers to squeeze out the liquid. Drain after one hour.

Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the cucumbers.
