2 tablespoons Powdered skim milk

Directions

Mix ingredients in a blender or with a wire whisk until free of lumps. Keep refrigerated.

NOTE: For extra protein increase the amount of milk powder. OPTION: substitute chocolate milk for white milk. 235 calories, 11⅒ gm protein.
