1 | Butternut squash; steamed | |
1 | Gem squash; steamed | |
1 | pinch | Nutmeg |
1 | pinch | Paprika |
2 | Dsp orange juice |
Directions
Peel and dice the squash and remove any seeds. I find steaming the best way to cook squash or pumpkin. Cook for 20 minutes until tender. Mash and add nutmeg, paprika and orange juice. Serve warm.
