Quail baked in mushroom sauce

4 Quail [split]
¼ cup Flour
3 tablespoons Oil
1 can (3 or 4 oz) mushrooms
[drained]
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
½ can (soup can) white wine
1 cup Sour cream

Directions

1) Rinse the birds and pat dry inside and out. Season salt and pepper to taste, then coat with flour. Brown on both sides in a skillet in oil... 2) Arrange in a shallow baking dish.
