Quaker's tantalizing baked chicken

1 | cup | Quaker Oats, uncooked (quick or old-fashioned) |
⅓ | cup | Grated parmesan cheese |
½ | teaspoon | Paprika |
½ | teaspoon | Salt (optional) |
⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
1 | \N | Broiler-fryer chicken (2-1/2 to 3-1/2 lb), cut up |
⅓ | cup | Milk |
¼ | cup | Margarine or butter; melted |
Heat oven to 375 F. Place dry ingredients in blender container or food processor bowl; cover. Blend or process about 1 minute, stopping occasionally to stir. Coat chicken pieces with oat mixture; dip into milk. Coat again with oat mixture. Place in 15x10-inch jelly roll pan; drizzle with margarine. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with fork.
