Quick and easy strawberry ice cream

Ingredients

500 | grams | Ripe strawberries |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
200 | millilitres | Double cream |
150 | millilitres | Mild natural yoghurt |
200 | grams | Heather honey |
50 | millilitres | Red wine |
Directions
Place strawberries, honey, lemon juice, red wine into a food processor.
Pour contents into a fine sieve and pass through to remove the seeds.
Lightly whip the double cream then add to the yoghurt.
Add the strawberry mix to the cream and fold in.
Place into a sterile, freezer-proof container and freeze.
