Quick camp stew

Ingredients

6 | slices | Bacon |
2 | mediums | Onions; chopped |
2 | pounds | Ground meat |
1 | Bottle (8-oz) catsup | |
Salt and pepper | ||
2 | cups | Cooked tomatoes |
½ | pounds | Shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions
Cook bacon slowly until crisp. Add chopped onions, and cook until light brown. Add meat, catsup, salt and pepper, and tomatoes. Cook until meat is done, about 20 minutes. Add shredded cheese, and serve at once on rolls or bread. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
