Quick cheesy chicken-corn chowder

1 | Whole small chicken breast; uncooked | |
¼ | cup | Onion; chopped |
¼ | cup | Celery; chopped |
1 | can | (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup |
8¾ | ounce | Whole kernel corn |
½ | cup | Milk |
½ | cup | American cheese; shredded |
2 | tablespoons | Pimento; chopped |
Directions
1. In a saucepan combine chicken, onion, celery, and ¼ cup water.
2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
3. Remove chicken; when cool, cut off meat and chop.
4. Return meat to broth; stir in remaining ingredients. Cook, uncovered, for
10 minutes.
