Quick cheesy chicken-corn chowder

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Whole small chicken breast; uncooked
¼ cup Onion; chopped
¼ cup Celery; chopped
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
ounce Whole kernel corn
½ cup Milk
½ cup American cheese; shredded
2 tablespoons Pimento; chopped

Directions

1. In a saucepan combine chicken, onion, celery, and ¼ cup water.

2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

3. Remove chicken; when cool, cut off meat and chop.

4. Return meat to broth; stir in remaining ingredients. Cook, uncovered, for

10 minutes.
