Quick to fix southwestern rice

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups Water
1 Jar; (8-oz) chunky salsa
2 cups Quick-cooking rice; uncooked
1 can (15-16 oz) black beans; drained and rinsed
1 can (11-oz) corn with red and green peppers
Tortilla chips; (optional)

Directions

Combine water and salsa in large skillet over medium-high heat; bring to a boil. Stir in rice, beans and corn. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 10 minutes. Fluff with fork; serve immediately with tortilla chips if desired.
