Quick turkey gumbo

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Cornstarch
1 cup Water
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 can Chicken gumbo soup
2 cups Cubed, cooked turkey
2 tablespoons Chopped pimiento
1 can Chow mein noodles (3 oz.)

Directions

In saucepan, combine cornstarch, water and soy sauce. Add soup.

Cook and stir until mixture is thickened and bubbly. Stir in turkey and pimiento. Heat through. Serve over chow mein noodles.
