Quick vegetable beef soup^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
pounds Ground beef, browned with
cup Instant minced onion and
Drained
1 can (46oz) tomato juice
2 Beef bouillon cubes
1 pack (20oz) frozen mixed
Vegetables, thawed
1 teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Pepper

Directions

Bring all ingredients to a boil. Simmer a half hour or so until vegetables are tender.
