Rasberry spinach salad

8 cups Spinach leaves; torn
½ cup Macadamia nuts; toasted
cup Raspberries; fresh
3 tablespoons Raspberry vinegar
3 tablespoons Raspberry jam; seedless
½ cup Salad oil
2 tablespoons Sugar

Directions

DRESSING

Toast macadamia nuts in 250 degree (F) oven for 30 minutes, flipping and stirring often. Cool. Mix, spinach, nuts and rasberries in a large bowl. For Dressing: combine all ingredients in a blender and blend 'til thick. Pour dressing over salald and enjoy the taste of spring!
