Chicken spinach salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ pounds Chicken Breast Planks
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 bunch Fresh spinach
Boiling water
16 ounces Canned mandarin oranges
Salad Dressing (your choice)

Directions

Combine Chicken breast planks with Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.

Saute in small amount of butter or margarine until chicken is tender and done. Set aside.

Place spinach leaves in a colander. Pour boiling water over leaves.

Drain and set aside to cool.

Place a piece of chicken and a mandarin orange slice at the end of a spinach leaf. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Refrigerate at least one hour. Serve with salad dressing of your choice.
