Raspberry apple parfait (motts)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack Sugar-free gelatin raspberry flavor; (4-serving size)
1 cup Boiling water
1 cup Apple Sauce; *see note
1 cup Fresh raspberries OR frozen raspberries; thawed
2 cups Plain or raspberry yogurt
Fresh raspberries; if desired

Directions

In medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in bowling water; stir in apple sauce until well blended. Stir in raspberries.

Pour into parfait glasses. Refrigerate until firm.

To serve, alternately spoon layers of gelatin and yogurt into parfait glasses or dessert dishes. Garnish with yogurt and fresh raspberries.

Notes: Pantry: Mott's Natural or Chunky Apple Sauce. Use any glass with a stem or a clear tumbler to serve this colorful, low calorie parfait. Top with yogurt and fresh raspberries.
