Raspberry chicken breast

Ingredients

8 | Boneless skinless chicken breasts | |
¼ | cup | Chicken broth |
¼ | teaspoon | Cornstarch |
1 | tablespoon | Water |
2 | teaspoons | Water |
1 | cup | Raspberries, frozen |
Directions
Grill chicken till brown. Place in a pan with broth and bake in a 325 oven till chicken is done, approximately 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat raspberries until starts to warm up.
Mix both waters with cornstarch and add to raspberries mixture. Heat to very hot. Mixture will slightly thicken.
When chicken is done, place a spoonful of raspberry sauce over chicken.
