Raspberry-lemon chicken

Ingredients

4 Chicken breast halves without skin
¼ teaspoon Salt; optional
teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Fresh raspberries
¼ cup Water
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
2 teaspoons Cornstarch

Directions

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place bone-side up on roasting rack.

MW HIGH 10 min or until no longer pink. Set aside.

In sm. bowl combine berries, water, sugar. Slightly crush berries with fork. Stir in lemon juice and cornstarch. MW on HIGH 1½ to 2 ½ min. or until thickens, stirring once or twice.

MW chicken at HIGH 1 - 3 min. or until hot. Pour sauce over chicken.
