Ingredients

2 cups Sugar
cup Oil, cooking
3 eaches Eggs
3 cups Flour, all-purpose
1 teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Soda
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 cups Coconut, flaked
1 cup Dates; chopped
3 cups Apples; raw, chopped
1 cup Pecans; chopped

Directions

Cream together sugar and cooking oil. Add eggs and beat well. Combine flour, cinnamon, salt, and soda; gradually add to egg mixture. Add vanilla, coconut, dates, apples, and nuts. Batter will be thick.

Pour batter into a greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1-½ to 2 hours or until done.
