Recipe secrets' garlic fries

1 Envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
cup Melted margarine or butter
1 cup Plain dry bread crumbs
2 pounds Large red potatoes, cut lengthwise into wedges

Directions

From : Sallie Krebs, Sat 06 Aug 95 04:00, Area: COOKING Preheat oven to 400-F. In large bowl, blend Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix with margarine. Place bread crumbs in small bowl. Add potatoes to soup mixture and toss until evenly coated. Place potatoes in bread crumbs and toss until evenly coated. In 15½ x 10 ½ x 1-inch jelly roll pan sprayed with no-stick cooking spray, arrange potatoes in single layer Bake 40 minutes or until potatoes are done.
