Red kidney bean burgers

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
16 ounces Cooked red kidney beans
½ cup Small onion
½ each Green pepper
1 each Steamed & mashed carrot
cup Picante salsa sauce
1 cup Bread crumbs
½ cup Wholewheat flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Black pepper
¼ teaspoon Chili powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Form into equal sized balls & flatten into patties. Bake at 450 for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve on buns with tortilla chips.
