Refrigerator mashed potatoes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
5 pounds Potatoes
2 3 oz packages cream cheese
2 tablespoons Onion salt
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Butter

Directions

Cook peeled potatoes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain.

Mash until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Cool. Cover and place in the refrigerator. May be used any time within two weeks.
