Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Rice valencia (it's the small round one)
4 cups Water
3 cups Milk
1 cup Evaporated milk
1 Stick cinnamon (up to)
8 slices (small) lemon peel (up to)
14 tablespoons Sugar (add more or less; depends on preference)

Directions

Pour rice in boiling water. Allow it to absorb almost all the water. Add all other ingredients, and lower flame. Leave for an hour. Makes 6-8 servings.
