Rice with garlic and herbs

240 grams Long-Grain Rice -- (3 dl.)
5 Deciliters Water
1 teaspoon Thyme
1 tablespoon Oregano
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 decilitre Fresh Chives -- finely
Chopped
2 Cloves Garlic -- crushed or
Minced

Directions

Rinse rice and discard water. Bring rice, water, thyme, oregano and salt to a boil. Let boil covered for 40-25 minutes at low heat. Add chives and garlic before serving.
