1 | cup | Flour |
¾ | cup | Egg Beaters |
¼ | cup | Promise Ultra fatfree margarine |
¼ | cup | Light corn syrup |
¼ | cup | Cocoa |
¼ | cup | Hershey's Chocolate Syrup |
1½ | teaspoon | Vanilla |
½ | cup | Grape Nuts Cereal, optional |
½ | each | Jar Braum's or Smucker's fatfree fudge topping |
Directions
In a large bowl, combine sugars, flour, Egg Beaters, Promise Ultra, corn syrup, Hershey's syrup and cocoa and mix until well blended.
Stir in vanilla and Grape Nuts if desired. Spread into a 13 x 9 x 2" pan that has been sprayed with a nonfat cooking spray. Bake at 350F.
until done. Cool in pan on wire rack. Instead of adding Grape Nuts, you can also reserve them and sprinkle them on top of the frosted brownines. Frost with fudge topping.
