Roast beef with horseradish sauce

Ingredients

½ cup Heavy cream, whipped
cup A.1. Steak Sauce
3 tablespoons Prepared horseradish
¼ cup Sliced scallions
2 pounds Eye round roast
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In small bowl, blend whipped cream, steak sauce, horseradish and scallions. Cover; chill until serving time. Season roast with salt and pepper as desired; place in roasting pan and bake at 325 F for 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes until desired doneness. Thinly slice roast; serve with horseradish sauce.
