Roast lamb for crock pot

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 pounds Lamb roast (or venison)
2 tablespoons Flour
Oil
2 Cloves garlic; minced
1 large Onion; sliced
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 teaspoon Mustard
¼ cup Vinegar or lemon juice
1 can (16-oz) tomatoes

Directions

Dredge lamb with flour and brown in oil. Place in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, then turn to low for 8-10 hours.
