Roast lamb for crock pot

Ingredients

4 | pounds | Lamb roast (or venison) |
2 | tablespoons | Flour |
Oil | ||
2 | Cloves garlic; minced | |
1 | large | Onion; sliced |
2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar |
1 | tablespoon | Worcestershire |
1 | teaspoon | Mustard |
¼ | cup | Vinegar or lemon juice |
1 | can | (16-oz) tomatoes |
Directions
Dredge lamb with flour and brown in oil. Place in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, then turn to low for 8-10 hours.
