Roscoe's ribs

Ingredients

2 | tablespoons | Lawry's Seasoned Salt |
5 | pounds | Beef or pork ribs |
1 | cup | Worcestershire sauce |
¾ | cup | Apple cider vinegar |
1 | tablespoon | Olive oil |
½ | teaspoon | Minced garlic |
Directions
Sprinkle Seasoned Salt over ribs. In large resealable plastic food storage bag, combine Worcestershire, vinegar, oil and garlic; mix well. Remove at least ½ cup marinade for basting. Add ribs; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Remove ribs; discard used marinade. Grill over low heat or bake ribs in 350 oven 1 to 1¼ hours or until no longer pink, turning and basting often with additional ½ cup marinade. For extra flavor, marinade overnight.
NOTES : Roscoe's Skyline Restaurant in Anchorage, Alaska, serves these ribs, which are some of the best you'll ever eat.
