Roseann's brownie recipe

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup Butter
3 Squares baker's chocolate or 1/2 cup & 1T of cocoa
cup Sugar
1 tablespoon Instant coffee (make it a good brand this ads a lot of flavor)
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 Eggs
¾ cup Flour
½ teaspoon Salt

Directions

(not to be confused with me {Rosanne}).

Cook butter & cocoa over low heat. When it all melts add sugar, coffee and vanilla. Mix. When it's cool ( I never wait) ad eggs, flour and salt. Bake for 40 min. at 325. I usually bake it for 30 or 35 minutes because I like my brownies gooey.
