Russian yogurt fish kebabs

Ingredients

1 pounds Cod or halibut in 1 1/2\"
Cubes
3 tablespoons Low-fat yogurt or sour
Dressing
1 teaspoon Salt (or seasoned salt)
Paprika
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Instant onion
1 teaspoon Salad oil

Directions

Put fish cubes in a small non-reactive bowl and add lemon juice, yogurt, onion and salt; stir to coat fish evenly. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes for flavors to blend. Thread fish on skewers and brush lightly with oil. Sprinkle liberally with paprika. Broil or barbecue in preheated grill about 4 inches from heat source, turning frequently, until fish flakes easily, 8 to 10 minutes.
