2 pounds Bottom round steak (1/4\"
Thick)
Flour
Salt & pepper
Butter
8 larges Peeled & sliced potatoes
5 Sliced onions
¼ cup Minced fresh parsley
cup Beef stock
1 cup Beer

Directions

Flour meat. Salt & pepper lightly. Heat 3 Tbls. butter in skillet & brown. In baking dish 16*10*3", place half the meat on bottom. Add layer of half the potatoes & half the onions. Sprinkle with salt & pepper & half the parsley. Repeat. Pour stock & beer over all. Cover with foil & bake 250 oven for 3-4 hours. Let stand 15 minutes.
