Good, that there wasn't more than a small container left after the party | ||

1 | each | Ground beef |
1 | each | Onion, chopped |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | cup | Ketchup |
¼ | cup | Brown sugar |
2 | tablespoons | Vinegar |
2 | teaspoons | Dry mustard |
14 | cans | Kidney beans, rinsed and drained |
14 | ounces | Can baked beans, drained |
20 | ounces | Can pineapple chunks, drained |
Directions
Combine ground beef with chopped onion and salt. Form into balls the size of latrge walnuts. Brown on all sides in hot skillet. Stir in ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and mustard. Bring to a boil. In greased 2 quart casserole, combine beans and pineapple chunks.
Arrange meat balls on top. Pour sauce over all. Bake in 350F oven for 30-40 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings. Origin: My Mom, Shirley Whittaker. Shared by: Sharon Stevens, Jan/95.
